American Tower Corporation Case Study
American Tower Corporation (ATC) is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless and broadcast communication sites. They a global portfolio including approximately 49,000 owned or managed sites. With headquarters in Boston, American Tower and offices across the United States, in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ghana, India, Mexico, Peru, South Africa, Uganda and the UK.
The ACS solution
When ATC continued their expansion with a new location in Uganda they wanted to partner with a UK company for the project. With local resources and partner experience, ACS was appointed to transform the recently built area into a multi-functional and fully operational office. The premises needed a complete office fit-out. This which required an ACS installation team being on-site to complete the works.
Provisions included quality furniture for the empty office space to accommodate an open plan vision. This was designed to encourage flexibility in the workspace for all departments. Workstations and storage were carefully considered to allow for existing staff and future growth. The installation team spent multiple days on-site. This was to ensure that every phase of the project was completed in a timely and professional manner.
The results of the project provided ATC with an open plan, ergonomic workspace. Employees now benefit from a fit for purpose environment to work from. As a result it supports the company’s continued expansion.
