The Client

Office space in town is a serviced office company. They offer businesses and individuals workspace solutions.

To ensure the right location for your business, OSIT choose buildings in central districts of London and the provinces. Once identified the buildings are refurbished to a high standard. This is led by an experienced design team, who create a stimulating working environment for each building and client.

The Requirement

ACS is one of the key partners that Office Space in Town works with on new renovations. The ST Dunstan’s location provided another chance for ACS to work alongside Sam Kopsch Studios. They supplied bespoke furniture and contributed to the project with experience and specialist knowledge.

The solution

In line with designs provided by the team at Sam Kopsch Studios, we supplied all of the general office furniture, meeting suite furniture, common area furniture and all other loose furniture items.

This 68 000 SQ/ft building promises to be a flagship space in the Office Space in Town portfolio. There are 6 floors of serviced offices (all with fabulous views of the city).  There are 15 meeting rooms are each uniquely designed to reflect the design concept. Meeting rooms such as The Keel, The Hull and The Engine Room are all featured. And to top this all, a 10m, white, boat-shaped reception desk takes pride of place in the new double volume reception. The building and design also boasts a roof terrace and cafe.
