Modern Slavery Transparency Statement
Introduction to ACS Office Solutions
ACS Office Solutions is one of the UK’s leading IT and Workplace providers. We are dedicated to providing clients with a complete Service offering which includes the procurement, supply, installation, configuration and after-sales support for all of the products that we offer.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It constitutes ACS Office Solutions slavery and human trafficking statement and covers the activities of ACS Systems UK Limited (trading as ACS Office Solutions).
Our Supply Chain
The Company uses a wide range of suppliers who supply goods for resale, and support the operations of the Company.
These currently do not include any suppliers, direct or indirect, in countries deemed to be higher risk, based on the Global Slavery Index.
Policies and procedures are in place aiming to minimise the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain, wherever possible.
Specifically, a Responsible Procurement Procedure, covering issues of human rights, child and forced labour and modern slavery, forming part of our relationship with suppliers.
Detailed due diligence would be carried out on any of our suppliers where there may be a modern slavery risk. This includes a requirement for new suppliers to complete a modern slavery questionnaire and, if necessary, to provide a satisfactory audit report carried out by an independent, accredited auditor.
An annual audit report, as part of ongoing supplier monitoring procedures, is also required.
Training is provided to our Procurement Team who are responsible for managing any contractual relationships, including training on modern slavery risks
where appropriate. All goods purchased are from UK suppliers with the exception of Software Licensing, and these are from suppliers based in countries not deemed to be higher risk, based upon the Global Slavery Index. Specifically, North America (US & Canada).
