The Client

Master Abrasives has been serving the UK’s abrasives needs for over 40 years. The UK division of the international Meister Abrasives group was established in 1967. aThey have since enjoyed an excellent reputation for quality and service over four decades from its base in Daventry.

The ACS Solution

For the last 3 years ACS has provided Master Abrasives with IT support. They also provide consultancy on how to progress the businesses IT infrastructure in line with business requirements. More recently they have helped refresh Master Abrasives mobile telecoms.

Jamie Ward, Master Abrasives’ Finance Director, met with ACS’ Mobile Solutions Specialist, David Szreider. They discussed refreshing both the desktop and mobile phones within the business. They also looked at how the company could save money on its existing mobile phone contracts.

Alongside new mobile contracts and the supply and integration of Microsoft Lumia phones and Surface tablets, ACS installed an EFM line. This has increased the quality of the internet connection across the business and supplied a new Avaya IP500 telephone system.

ACS continues to successfully support Master Abrasives and help them create an environment where staff can work with more flexibility than ever before. As a result, this will increase productivity and collaboration within the business.
