We know your business depends on ACS’s ability to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, so in light of the recent developments around Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we would like to share with you the measures we are taking to ensure service continuity.

We have made investments in our technology, infrastructure and business continuity planning to ensure we can operate all our systems and processes remotely with no interruption to normal service levels. We believe our three core beliefs, a positive Attitude, Commitment, to maintain our high service levels and the Integrity to do the right thing and keep our teams working from home.

Our seamless services are now being delivered through remote working with our entire workforce engaging our clients from home.

We now operate as follows:

  • Reception staff, along with trained back up staff, have full remote access to our switchboard.
  • Desk phones now revert to softphones, allowing continuous phone access to our teams, and ensuring all skill groups are continuing to work seamlessly.
  • All tools for managing enquiries, quotes, order processing, etc. is being remotely accessed by our teams via laptops.
  • Microsoft Teams is being used internally to work with our customers and vendors for productive collaboration and content sharing.
  • Live events and training have been switched to virtual environments. We have created a series of webinar events to provide help and advice including elements such as Ergonomic help while working from home, and are providing a suite of training and introductions to our selected vendor partners.
  • Links have been added to our website giving access to free software versions such as 8×8 and Microsoft Teams helping to support local businesses.
