The Client

505 Games is a video games publisher, founded in 2006, and a subsidiary of Italian company Digital Bros S.p.A. The company publishes games globally for all leading platforms. This included Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft as well as games for mobile devices and social networks.

The Requirement

505 have been working to align all of their office designs globally. Because of this, when it came to their Milton Keynes office, they needed a partner who could assist with all aspects of the project. This included the initial design and sourcing through to completing the final build and also the installation.

The Solution

The ACS workplace team met with 505 Games to understand the objectives behind the refurbishment. After collecting a brief, the ACS in-house designers got to work. First of all they put the initial designs and space planning concepts together. It was important that the new design concept reflected the ethos of 505 Games.

Finally, once the team at 505 Games were happy with the end concepts, the workplace team started the refurbishment process. First the ACS team completed all cabling and audio visual elements of the project. They also completed the supply and installation of new flooring, desks, seating, and digital wallpaper. Another element was within the kitchen. The ACS team re-sized the worktops and completed all paint work throughout the office.

“The refurbishment of our Milton Keynes Office was the first time we have engaged with ACS. I have been very impressed with the approach that the team used when understanding our objectives for the project. Throughout the refurbishment the team have been efficient, hard working, and conscious not to disturb our productivity. We are thrilled with the results.” – Sarah Scott, Financial Controller
