




From the day acs was founded, we have operated on values we hold dear; passion, honesty, trust, loyalty and teamwork.
There's never a dull moment at the acs offices. With charity fund-raisers, family barbeques and lots else happening, we recognise the importance of getting the job done first time, while still maintaining a sense of enjoyment and humour.
Our culture is based on five guiding values;
acs a long history of supporting charities through fund raising and sporting events. Our team are always looking for ways to help, and we recently teamed up with local businesses to launch 'HOPS', a new charity which raises money for local charities through business networking events. In addition, acs has an active environment policy and is working towards obtaining the ISO14001 accreditation.
We measure our success on the satisfaction of our customers and the happiness of our staff. We hold regular review meetings with customers and conduct a customer survey every six months. At the most recent survey, 86% of customers told us they would recommend acs, while 90% rated us good or excellent for communication, knowledge, understanding and after sales care and support.
Equally important is staff welfare. In 2009 acs began anonymous staff surveys through the Sunday Times Best Companies scheme. The results since have been overwhelmingly positive with 88% of staff members reporting they have a great deal of faith in the team leading the business. Our high scores resulted in the survey resulted in the business coming 49th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for.
