acs, the region's leading provider of IT services and office solutions, today announced that it has acquired Bull Office Furniture Ltd, a Milton Keynes based interiors and furniture supplier. The addition of Bull’s team will further strengthen
acs's thriving furniture division as the company gears up for aggressive growth.
"Bull is a well-respected, long-standing and professional company with strong values that reflect our own," said John Harley, acs's Joint Managing Director. "This acquisition will help us build on our successes in Milton Keynes and deliver the levels of service that won us 'Business of the Year' in this year’s Northamptonshire Business Awards. We are also looking forward to introducing Bull's customer base to our comprehensive range of IT services and support."
Mike Jarrard of Bull said, "We have worked hard for the past 20 years to build a client base that we have been proud to maintain. Joining forces with acs will enable us to continue to supply our customers with the level of care and commitment that has always been our priority and we are extremely excited about the future avenues and opportunities the alliance will bring to us as we move forward as a team."
This deal comes just six months after the acquisition of Milton Keynes based IT Services Provider WYSIWYG-IT and it will enable acs to build upon its developing presence in the Milton Keynes area. It is planned that acs will remodel the Bull offices in Bradwell Abbey to accommodate a state of the art showroom and meeting facilities, as well as form the permanent base for their Milton Keynes sales, consultancy and marketing staff.
Following their best 6 months of trading ever, acs are not ruling out further acquisitions locally in the near future – a clear indicator that acs have their target firmly set to continue to dominate in their market sector.
