acs Wins Regional 'Business of the Year' Award

Northamptonshire’s Business Excellence Awards, arranged by Northamptonshire Newspapers, sponsored by Royal Mail and in association with Northants Chamber, were recently held at the Barceló Hotel in Daventry.

Twelve members of the acs team attended the meal and enjoyed after dinner entertainment from ‘8 Out of 10 Cats’ captain and comedian Jason Manford. As the night progressed, thirteen awards were presented, recognising excellence in everything from Training and Development, to Innovation and Environmental work.

acs was recognised in a number of categories, including high commendations for ‘Team of the Year’ (IT Support Team) and ‘Unsung Employee of the Year’ (Martin McDonald and Stephen Souch in a joint nomination).

he company’s success continued as they were presented the most prestigious award, “Business of the Year” for over 50 employees, despite strong competition. The award - sponsored by Interdirect - recognises excellence in operations, continuous improvement, innovation, vision, and people policies and development.
